Retreat
Wednesdays, November 28 and December 5

• Are you driving your business or is it driving you (crazy)?
• Is your business where you thought it would be after one, three… ten years?
• Are you ready to take your business from merely surviving to fully thriving?
Join Gail M. Reid and Wendy Watkins for a two-day intown retreat that will include assessment of where you have been for the last year, plus strategies and tactics and a plan to focus on in the next twelve months to increase your sales and bottom-line.
This worthwhile time working on your business will:
- Give you clarity about your best customers and show how to attract more of them.
- Zero in on where your revenue comes from and which customers/activities drive your profits. Leave with a clear roadmap for how to grow your income, and ways to measure and monitor your progress.
- Teach you the four ways to build your business and design systems to increase your efficiency and support your growth.
- Empower you with strategies to enhance your leadership skills and enjoy your journey.

Re-Vision
You started your business with excitement, hopes and a mental picture of success. Where are you now? Take a step back with us and look clearly and honestly at the last year to determine what is, and is not, working. From there, write a new story that will align your business with your vision.
Re-Create
Learn new tools to identify which customers, products and services generate your revenue streams. Then measure the efficiency of your systems, and identify the changes to bring your business in line with your vision.
Re-Ignite
Are you taking care of “the boss?” Define who you are as a leader and identify what you need to do to transition from being the business founder to igniting your team as company leader. Increase your positivity to enjoy enhanced productivity.
At the end of two days you will have a clear picture of where your business is, what’s working and not, and how to Do Things Different to achieve extraordinary results.
This event will be held on consecutive Wednesdays, November 28 and December 5th, from 9AM to 5PM at Wendy’s home in Decatur.
Seating is limited to six businesses. Reserve your spot today.
$697 includes the two-day retreat, continental breakfast and lunch and a follow-up webinar designed to support the implementation of your 2013 plan. Bring one key employee or partner from your business for an additional $147.
