So funny to read this today. This afternoon at our Women's Prosperity Network monthly Mastermind Luncheon, I announced, and gave Wendy Watkins direct credit for it, "Let the Eating Begin. The Season runs through SuperBowl Sunday!"

Talk about old programs, right?! That one statement gives us permission to go hog wild -- and I really mean "hog" - pork, sausages, bacon, ham, uh, you get the picture.

I can so relate to the sugar and refined carbs issue -- it plagues me too. It is a REAL addiction for some of us, just like drugs, alcohol, sex, shopping. The food causes a physical reaction and makes us crave more. The only thing that works for me is to be so aware of it and rather than letting my thoughts dictate that I'm deprived, I instead put my thoughts toward positives -- I'm respecting my body, I'm keeping myself fit, I'm doing something really, really good for me, I'm loving myself, etc...

Did I say it was easy? Nah. It is though, a simple matter of focus. And, as my Louise Hay daily calendar says today, "As I choose to change my thinking, my whole life changes for the better." Now pass the mashed potatoes!
