Back to Reality?
The past 6 weeks or so have been full of travel. I have had the opportunity to spend a week at the beach with Matt and his family and 2 weeks out west with my friends and family. I am so grateful that I had vision to create a life where I can enjoy work and play all together, whether at home or in someone else’s home. When I was leaving Seattle last week, my friend said something like, ….it is time to get back to reality. My response to her was, no, this is my reality. Traveling to different cities is part of what brings me joy and part of my ideal life. Coming back to Atlanta is also part of what brings me joy. I love the life I have created here, especially when I can come home to a clean house! Because I am a conscious creator and I choose to honor my passions, I love the life I lead. I am even more clear about the power of being connected to my passions after spending a weekend with Chris and Janet Attwood, the authors of The Passion Test, in Seattle last month. Their work is amazing-The Passion Test is the one test you will never fail! If you are interested in taking The Passion Test, I would love to give it to you. I am offering 20 complimentary 1 on 1 sessions and will be hosting a free workshop at the end of August. Email me directly at wendy@passionfruitpeople.com, if you are interested in particitpating or have any questions. In the meantime, ponder this thought. You are a concious creator and you choose each and every day what you are creating as your reality. The seeds, or thoughts and visions you think today, will blossom as time moves on. I promise.

I’m inspired by people whose jobs make them excited to wake up in the morning. I’ve never had a job like that. After spending the weekend with you in Seattle, I came away with a new motto – “It’s never too late…” and fill in the blank. I heard you and your friends use that saying with different statements to complete the phrase, and it’s something I need to remember because why can’t I redefine myself/my career/my life in general at any age? It’s never to late to follow my passions.
I love your comment and passion about living and loving the life you lead. I absolutely love my luxurious lifestyle and sometimes need to remind myself that I am the creator of my life and that I created exactly what I have. Sometimes my reality more than exceeds my dreams and wishes; sometimes my expectations are more than my reality. As you point out, when we’re connected with our passions, then life is indeed sweet and fulfilling. When I do what I love to do, there is nothing better.
